This coming Friday, I was supposed to head to France for my annual trip to help teach a class at INSEAD in Fontainebleau. My husband was going to join me and we were going to include stops in Italy’s favorite destinations before returning back in mid-May. Instead, I’m looking for recipes for yummy French and Italian food that we can make here at home to enjoy over those two weeks! Please send your favorites! (We’ll also get some take-out from a few of our favorite local places that serve Italian and French specialties).
I know that many others are also dealing with small and big losses of our plans, our trips, and our expectations. On the flip side, there are new opportunities showing up for many of us. New ways of doing business, new plans and new expectations.
